Rebuild Green Expo Designed to Help Fire Survivors

The Rebuild Green Expo is a free event that will offer resilient and affordable building options for North Bay homeowners impacted by the devastating October 2017 wildfires.

The daylong event at the Santa Rosa Veterans Building will feature education, information and networking focused on resilient, affordable and community-centered “green” rebuilding options for the communities affected by the fires. Learn about energy-efficient Zero Net Energy residences, financing green building, adding granny units, 100 percent renewable electricity, fire-resistant construction, sustainable materials, microgrids, electric vehicles, and more.

Organizers encourage developers, builders, designers, construction workers, and architects — as well as homeowners — to attend.

The event is presented by the Rebuild Green North Bay Coalition.
