The County of Sonoma will hold a Mental Health Resiliency Forum on February 22 where residents can learn about available services and resources, and hear expert panelists speak on trauma and how to foster well-being during this difficult time since the October wildfires.

Sonoma County Supervisors Shirlee Zane and Lynda Hopkins will host the event, which is at the Glaser Center at 547 Mendocino Avenue in Santa Rosa. Congressman Mike Thompson also will participate.

The Sonoma County community has gone through a traumatic experience. Everyone of us has been affected. Ask questions. Get help. You are not alone in this.

The Resource and Services Fair will begin at 6pm, followed by the main forum from 7pm to 9pm.

Refreshments will be provided. Spanish interpretation will be available.
