United Policyholder will host this insurance workshop which will outline the leverage, laws and strategies that underinsured wildfire survivors can use to seek an above-limits insurance settlement.  After that, a panel of professional mediators will discuss the option of using non-binding alternative dispute resolution (mediation) to settle a loss valuation dispute with an insurance company.
